I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. "This place is awesome!!! Walking distance to the metro and accessible to other parts of town. Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc. The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are. We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. If they did we would bring back a bunch and forego the rest of duty free shopping that we...
