Room is very clean and quiet but it was a little smaller than I expected.

absolutely loved staying at MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku! The rooms were super clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It’s a fantastic choice for families—lots of room to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful 5 night stay at this truly phenomenal hotel. The Capitol Hotel Tokyu was 5 star in every way. Highlights included beautifully appointed rooms (spacious and stylish, great views, very comfortable beds and incredible shower) and exceptional buffet breakfast. The location is perfect in the centre of Tokyo with two subway stations located directly beneath the hotel - from here you can quickly access Ginza, Harajuku, Shabaka, Rappongi and Shinjuku all reasonably short train trips away. Above all, I want to compliment the service which was truly incredible. Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us. For example, I lost my iPad on Shinkansen train and the concierge worked for several days to track it down and get it couriered back from Osaka! My son has special dietary needs helped find him some gluten free food for breakfast. A huge thank you to everyone at the Capitol for a sensational stay.
