"Great property. Stayed there years ago when it was The Ace and it may be even better as One Hundred. I didn’t realise breakfast was included in my booking which was a nice surprise — but tbh the hotel restaurant (which I guess functions as a standalone, too?) wasn’t very good. That said, the hotel bar and coffee shop were great. Overall, absolutely loved it and would come back — but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else. "

"I chose this hotel because I used to live in this neighborhood. The area is safe and convenient with tower hill station just steps away from the hotel entrance. "I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family.
