"Hector from housekeeping is such a wonderful person. He was polite and always smiling. Paolo from the front desk was also helpful and so was the rest of the staff."

"The stay was overall good. From check in to check out and free shuttle to the airport only one thing that was disappointing. Waiting an hour for my food when I made an order at the pool. Drink came at a reasonable time, but food never came. Lifeguard was finally the only one that checked on me when he noticed I was uncomfortable asking if I had ordered any food. He told the staff and then another 10-15 mins went by and then I just told the staff have the food sent to my room. Luckily the food was really amazing. I wonder if that’s why they made me wait. But outside of that everything else about the hotel was great."

"The room itself was fine, but there was no door latch/lock which was unsettling, Then I had people knocking on my door on 3 seperate occasions. Requests to change rooms/contact the owner were unsuccessful and was unhelpful. I had asked permission for my cousin stay with me, and they finally replied and charged us for extra slots. It's an okay place, but dont expect any support."
