The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. "Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. "

"We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. I would not suggest staying at...

"Two bedroom apartment at the centrally located Base. Location is excellent. View from balcony good. Lack of communication prior to check in unacceptable. Had to chase through hotels.com. Condo is clean but needs full upgrade. No TV in either bedroom. No iron. No furniture on the small balcony. Curtain in main bedroom only a partial blind. Needs a proper curtain for privacy and block out sunlight. Not enough cups and glasses. Only one glass… bed mattress in second bedroom very hard. Only one...
