"This property is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The valet and doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful, and it’s truly a dog-friendly hotel. "Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"

"The location of the property was great, close to Central Park and subway stops. Right around the corner from Carnegie hall if seeing a show there. Our room was much larger than expected with such a central location. We are a family of four and the suite had a king bed, two bathrooms, a pull out couch to sleep two, and a kitchenette. Fitness center on the top floor is well equipped. Staff was friendly and we were able to securely leave our bags with the hotel for a few hours both before check in...

"Je vais encore moins fortement cet hôtel qui est à tout point de vue excellent l’accueil, l’organisation, les chambres la disposition franchement j’ai rien à redire et si je dois repartir, je reprendrai le même hôtel c’était parfait. Les prestations sont à la hauteur et contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire, il n’y a pas du tout de problème avec les ascenseurs, l’organisation est tellement bien faite nous avons adoré et en plus c’est très très bon. "Location is perfect if you are doing the tourist thing. Staff was wonderful and they were very courteous holding luggage till I room was ready. Only complaint is I booked a “Deluxe Suite that is recently renovated with a city view”. Exactly what the room booking said and my room was directly over about 20 HVaC units looking at that and a wall. Not really a city view and recently updated is not the right word.
