Reception staffs were very friendly and we were very grateful for an upgrade to the executive floor. Unfortunately the rooms are quite dated, with stains in the carpet and only 1 socket in the room that works. The room was also a bit dusty. However, given the price we paid, the room is fair and OK to stay for the night.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Macau! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. Very convenient to travel from the hotel & transport is excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the prime area (Taipa) & 15 min walk-able distance from well known casinos Venetian, Galaxy etc

I got an upgrade and stayed on the 17th floor. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Fitness center is limited and pool is closed for the winter. Overall, i had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Better than expect. With so many fancy hotels available in Macau, Grandview hotel is certainly not outstanding. However, it is a good value if you only want a place to stay. It is not as fancy as other 5-stars, 6-stars large casino hotels in Macau, but it certainly fits my purpose for just want a place to stay over night in hotel. Room is decent size and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Fast for check-in and check-out. Easy access to public transport (a bus stop in about 300m with multiple lines.). 7-11 opens 24 hours next to the hotel. About USD$7 for a cab to Macau Airport. US$15 for a cab to the entry of mainland China.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a problem with the reservation. We had booked online but the hotel had not received the booking. It was Saturday afternoon and I had no way of calling the booking agency. The hotel staff gave us a room and told us they would sort everything out. We were able to enjoy our stay without worrying about anything. When we checked out everything had been sorted out. This is fantastic service and hospitality you rarely find. Staff here are exceptional. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Expect the typical amenities: toiletries, bottled water, stable wifi - don't expect bells and whistles. Basic accommodations though comfortable with more convenient features, like local shuttle bus, for VIP guests. Overall, above average stay.

TERRIBLE ROOM SERVICE!
Quarrelled with room service because they refused to serve my son hard boiled eggs and cereal as breakfast time is over. Kitchen manager said no. Had to call Hotel Asst Manager to demand for the hard boiled eggs. The Hotel Asst manager Ms Vienna is very nice and accommodating. But the room service people were all very rude. That kitchen manager will never accommodate your requests. The hotel needs a new kitchen manager! So if food is important to you, then this hotel is not for you. Vicinity is good. Taxis easily available. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Simple and friendly small hotel overlooking the jockey club. Check in was very quick unlike some of the larger hotels on the Cotai strip. I didn’t use any of the facilities but it served my purpose and overall I was happy

Good location in Taipa and old Taipa. Fair price compared to other big resorts. Very small casino that you can avoid, even if they give you voucher for food inside.
