"We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is great. There’s lots of dining options and cute shops as well. The staff was nice and helpful, the valet process was quick and easy. Our only complaint we have is there’s no vending machine or option to purchase snacks or beverages on site/front desk. "The staff is always so nice and professional. The rooms are clean, plenty of parking, it's quiet. The towels are okay but if you stay in hotels a lot like I do, you know they don't use softener due to people having allergies. The sheets are fresh and always clean. The water pressure is good too. The pillows are amazing!. All in all, I have stayed here before and will do so again. "

"Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline...
