"It was very clean and had coffee out for people all day. Staff very friendly too. Close to restaurants that you could walk because traffic is so bad. Would stay there again and recommend to others."

"Cons: The room was cleaned when I arrived. BUT, in the morning I put the do not disturb sign on the door while I showered. A note was left saying if the room wasn't available by 1:00 housekeeping would not service it. So, I removed the sign about 7:30 a.m. and returned the card the front desk as instructed, told them the room was available for housekeeping. The room was never cleaned while I was there for 2 nights. Had to request clean towels, which were delivered. Perhaps communication...

"They let us check in early and were very friendly. Got to the room and there was visible dirt and grin on the table and counters. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Shocker… pillows sucked"

"We checked in and stayed here for 3 nights with AC. We called the maintenance and told us they can’t fix the AC and offered us a fan. Their mini fridge was not working as well. What a joke!"

Stores, restaurants, entertainment.. etc The room is comfortable and convenient with kitchen all you need to stay in or go out. Pool is nice with hot tub. "The regular room is small, but I have stayed here several times and I knew that. The coffee maker did not work and the refrigerator door would not latch. BUT, the onsite restaurant, Touluus(sp) is absolutely great and the onsite pool and spa and cabanas were great and had the entire pool to ourselves on one afternoon! The staff in the restaurant and bar are terrific and the owner is easy to talk to, the chef cooked out steaks to perfection and the waitress was delightful. The restaurant alone...

"Great place to stay"

"We arrived around 3:30 pm and were told the room won’t be ready till 4:30, I questioned: Isn’t the check in time at 4, the staff said the check in time is between 4-5. ( Expedia booking says at 4:00 pm). We patiently wait it till 4:37 to check in and was told need another 10 minutes. They just said they are busy. ( simple as that) It is very disappointing, our experience with Hilton hotels has been good. This Hilton Club experience isn’t good at all."

"Very clean room and cozy bed (which is very important!). They have great restaurants right next door (including Elements which is dog-friendly!) with a discount just for staying at the hotel. They have the lake right across the street too. There was also an elevator which was helpful. To get in, you need your key card so it adds extra security.
