The shuttle stops frequently and can take you quite far, and can get you connected to the trains. They have free coffee and ice cream that my kids were obsessed with. Connected to a nice market and a water park. Breathtaking views!"

The service is impeccable, the hotel has 140+ years of history, and the dining choices are superb. Well worth the stay. And did I mention the staff? Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "
