This was a nice place but it felt very "beat up"... for a 6–7-year-old building. Carpets in hallways needed to be vacuumed; stains on couches and carpets in apaprtment/hotel room. Interior plaza needed to be pressure washed.

Shangri-La Sydney
Our room was clean and had everything we needed. View of Barangaroo was lovely especially at Sunset. Had a delicious breakfast with great variety and beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. Staff were very attentive.

My Tower Premium King Room on the 23rd floor was spacious. The bellmen at the front of the hotel treated me kindly. However, the lobby staff could be more welcoming to guests. The bed was cozy, and my room, away from the elevator, was mostly quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing needed repairs. ...
