"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. "Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not...

"Great location, walked to jazz fest. We paid for on site parking which was very convenient. The pool was small but done well with outdoor "bar area" you could use that was shaded. Walking distance to French market and Frenchman st. Relaxed atmosphere. Only downside I could mention was little water pressure in bathroom sink - shower was great."

"Omg i was not expecting how big this place is. Literally a 1 bedroom apartment. For us the location was great. We walked everywhere. Our car was in a gated area behind the hotel which was cool. The people are so very nice that work here... definitely aaving this for our next stay "

"Rooms are clean, but front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We paid an extra $500 to upgrade to a “premium” suite in the courtyard, only to find out that it meant a tiny window facing down to the courtyard from the 4th floor but you are looking at another building 15ft across from you, no view. When we inquired about this, we were told the “premium” means free snacks topped up in the room every day. This means 2 small bags of chips, 2 chocolate bars and 1 soda a day. They missed one day...
