Staff was very helpful, even letting me check in early rather than just storing my luggage. Hotel is what you would expect for the price. Free parking (gated, but not exactly secure) and easy access to the freeway. Worked fine for a one night stopover.

The property was nice. The area around the hotel is not the best. It is a very well hotel, though. I was just caught off guard by the new policy that they have to clean the rooms every day, or you can get service every other day, but cannot skip two or more days in a row. You can have a maximum of two dogs with a $50 refundable deposit. They cannot make a lot of noise or be left alone, but they’re willing to work with you. There is a Walmart and a couple of food chain restaurants nearby. I would just suggest not going out late at night. as there’s people walking around or doing business at night.

The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property looks a bit run down from the outside but we were so pleasantly surprised when we got in the room.

I've stayed here twice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the property has a issue with the wifi being intermittent and/or unable to connect to at all. Despite this disappointing feature, I'd stay here again.

Very, very large rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Decent response times when I had difficulties with the tv reception being shaky and when my smoke alarm wouldn't stop going off. The staff was very pleasant, which I also greatly appreciated.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Bathroom was dirty. Mold under sink line and around shower chalking. No facial tissues, no shampoo/conditioner, no hairdryers, no coffee in room. There was a good laundry room that functioned well. Beds hard and no decor at all. However priced very inwxpensive with parking included. Door casing was breaking apart, calling into question saftey of the door from attempted brake ins prior. I would not stay again.
