"Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from and some were more interested in taking a smoke break than helping. The hotel overall is great but be conscious of the valet team if you don’t have a premium car."

"Excellent location to airport. However we arrived on an earlier flight due to ongoing turmoil in the Middle East. After an 30 hour flight, asked for an early check in on which we were charged £90 extra, which I thought was extornianate, overall cost for one nights stay just under £300. No leeway given on price regarding circumstances from manager."
