"Everything was great. Only constructive feedback is that some decent blinds in the bedroom would make a big difference in improving sleep quality. It was very light in the bedroom from sunrise onwards and disrupted my sleep somewhat. "

We found our the reservation was cancelled only because we’d reached out for instructions on how to get into the building. Getting our full refund was a challenge. Instead, we got an average apartment with terrible Wi-Fi and no parking.Management was a mixed bag. The person was helpful on Friday, using WhatsApp (since their phone lines were down) to resolve check-in issues after our long drive so we didn't have to go home. "The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again."
