The room was very neglected, the car park had been blocked but cars parking over the entrance, no water pressure whatsoever for a shower and the main entrance was extremely loud with a party going on. Kids running around reception and all the corridors.

Bed and heard board broken. Old mattress so felt every spring. Bathroom was discussing. Dried up food on the floor. Wire showing where it should have a case. Worst night sleep. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

For us the location was very convenient. The room was clean and the location perfect for walking, with beautiful viewpoints very close by. It is off a busy main road but no noise issues. The building and decor are a bit tired but did the job and all was all fine for our needs.

The room had a faulty TV however the receptionist was amazing and changed my room quickly hence why i keep coming back because pf excellent service

This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday

The beds are so warn we got stabbed by springs , it was extremely hot in the room we had to leave the patio door wide open all night , the washroom was not clean and we had to go and ask for pillows as the ones we had were two shoved in a case that made half a pillow they were so warn and old. The girl on shift was lovely very thankful for her and all her help with this very not recommend stay !
The top pillow was given to us upon request the bottom is what we had in the rooms 🤦🏼‍♀️

Health hazard

This building is a health hazard needs to be demolished as its got mould n damp throughout the complete building i had to take a trip to hospital to be checked out cos of difficulties breathing due to the damp and mould.

Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.

I did not stay, was not given a refund even 4 months in advance. No replies to email. The address on communications through Expedia was given as 1 Reigate Road. Google maps shows it about 5 miles from that address. After a 9 hour flight and an 8 hour time change I could not risk this place for me or the friends I was with.
