"Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location — in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was clean. There was a small but perfectly delightful outdoor pool and courtyard. There was no refrigerator in the room. A refrigerator would have been nice to keep water cold. The staff was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful."

The room is elegant, upgraded, clean and comfortable! And yes, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was top tier. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel far and away exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room, impeccably clean, staff friendly, breakfast buffet was wonderful. Hotel is close to everything so walking, Uber, the trolley, etc, was super easy. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"Very nice place, the staff was excellent, the location was great, and the beds were very comfy. Hotel is right in the heart of it. Our room was on the corner of Canal and Bourbon street. Saturday night was very loud, but I expected it. If you think a lot of noise might bother you, better ask for a room away from Canal and Bourbon."
