"On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). "Perfect experience all the way"

"Bathroom could do with some money spent to fix the broken tiles on the floor and give it some good cleaning in the shower area. Shower was adequate itself. Bed was comfortable and pillows were not hard so we slept well. Breakfast was buffet style help yourself with unlimited coffee and tea. For a budget room 223 it was as expected For what we paid "

"Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future "
