"😄spacious room, king bed, quality carpet and good breakfast. 🙁No fire plan, no safe, no room info or QR code-gave up trying to get the TV to work and no one on reception to ask.No housekeeping visit at all was odd? Bathroom needs deep clean of tiles, taps or preferably refurbished as bath chipped and holes in tiles from previous fittings very poorly filled. Paint chips on the furniture. "Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well."
