Hotel Dekat Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park

"Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅"

"Room was opposite lift so it was sooooo loud throughout the night."

"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"Booked this hotel for its location and being able to bring my dog. Room was clean and spacious. Good selection of food available."

"The rooms was amazing. Staff so nice and respectful. Kitchen and living room fantastic"

"The first room we were given smelled of steel cigarettes smoke and some sort of sickly sweet antiseptic. You can't open the windows to air the place out so we asked for an alternative room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa bed was well past its best being very saggy indeed. The breakfast was on a par with your average rep motel. Stuff were helpful if a little clueless."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"Siistit ja sopivan kokoiset huoneet. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä perinteinen aamupala, kivenheiton päässä keskustan ostosmahdollisuuksista ja nähtävyyksistä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet."

"Easy parking, great location…..fab desk staff"

"I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one."

"Outstanding! Beautiful building, super comfortable room, super friendly and helpful host, convenient location. I was upgraded to the 2nd floor family suite with beautiful Gothic stained glass windows and a tower! Great experience, highly recommended."

"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work. I could not work out how to turn off the radiator overnight so got a bit overheated. The en-suite is a shower with a screen and a sink directly in the room, but there were clean shared showers with a lockable door. One nice surprise was shared kitchen facilities with a...

"Excellent stay at The Stuart Hotel and a special mention about Kartar Singh who made me feel at ease and so helpful with every little thing that had a concern for. He needs a special recognition and well deserved. Thank you"

"Clean comfortable room, good choice for breakfast."

"Excellent property. Fantastic location. Thoroughly recommended."

"Very dated, poor workmanship, dirty even though cleaners supposedly came a few hours before we got there. Stains, dust, marks and bathroom sink full of dirt, mirrors with water stains and toothpaste stains. Toilet dirty horrendous! Room was very big but poor. Central heating not working, TV most basic channels like ITV etc not available. TV so high, causing neck pain. Switches/sockets upside down and one by radiators.. Could not wait to get out. Sent several emails to management with...
