"Upon arrival, the manager that checked us in forgot to charge me for incidentals and had to have me come back to the desk to pay for them. I didn’t think anything of it at first, people make mistakes. The room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile, unfortunate for me I’m highly Allergic to dust.. I spent the entire weekend sneezing and wheezing. When I asked to change rooms I was offered one room on the floor with the boys hockey team and was told I would not be given any additional opportunities...

"The shower handle was broken. The coffee machine kept leaking everywhere. We had to do a clean up multiple times and also struggled to shower."
