We actually spent very little time in Brantford. Instead, we visited the Taco & Cheesecake Fest in Paris and several wineries in the region. Brantford was pretty close to everywhere that we were going so it was convienient and comfortable.

Brantford its self has a bad reputation but the hotel was in a nicer area of the city with lots of gas stations and places to buy food 24hr a day
"Living the 5 star experience without the 5 star price. My family and I were truly amazed at the Cambridge hotel and conference center. Everything was spotless! The rooms were fitted with nice laminate/vinyl flooring, the bathrooms were spacious, and the complementary coffee was amazing. Access to the hotel was convenient since it was right off the 401. There's were big box stores all around for last minute shopping. Great for little kids. The hotel offers a nice discount for the morning breakfast buffet in the adjoining restaurant. It would be nice if the bar was opened later than 10p, but that's just our personal preference. Overall, one of the best stays we have been in southern Ontario. "

"Easy to get to off of the highway, shopping like grocery stores and walmart were across the road, different dining all around that were walkable, or even just order from the pub that is attached to the motel. Motel rooms could use new pillows, as mine was lumpy."

"Beds were very comfy. Eggs at breakfast were bad though and the shower/bath floor felt like it was going to crack. Room was clean and comfy though. I slept well "
