This hotel is very dirty and not worth the cost at all. Much better hotels in area at same or close price point.

Great staff, poorly maintained and in need of upgrading. Each room we had was defective, no light, noisy fan, TVs didn’t work, broken furniture. Too bad as the staff really try. Way over rated and it fooled us

The property is very old and run down. The hallways were very cold. The wind and snow blows through the doors in the pool area. But for one night and we basically had the place to ourselves it was fine

The hotel is nice enough for what we were looking for. It's certainly an older hotel that has been updated a bit but some areas are still needing updates. Our room was clean. The keys didn't work when we tried to get in but a member of housekeeping let us in. The heating/cooling system is quite out dated and the room was pretty toasty when we got there so we turned the heat down. When we returned from our event the room was a like a refrigerator and took about an hour to warm up. There looked to be some repairs needed outside that hopefully will be prioritized and there was no heat in the hallways. Otherwise the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Having adjoining rooms and with the standard room we had a couch which was fantastic. Pet friendly was great and the pool was very nice. We hope to stay here again as a family getaway.
