Hotel di Lucan

"Check in was a bit unusual: no one at front desk, but a note from the management with a phone number to call to check in. Call went through, and the hotel keeper texted our room number, the door code, and the wifi password. Room was on the second floor (no elevator that we could see), and was very cold (-8 C outside). We cranked up the heater and still pretty cold after an hour or so, but by the time we returned from dinner several hours later, the room was very warm. We did think that, since...

This time, i went diwn at 7:45an and the cooked items (scrambelled eggs and cubed potatoes & ham) were stale and did not taste good. There was a much reduced selection of muffins and sweet items. "

"Il y avait des plumes dans tous les oreillers et les couettes... ily a tellement de gens allergiques aux plumes et la poussière des tapis, et les couettes et oreillers en plumes ne sont pas lavables facilement, dont pas hygiéniques du tout que la plupart des hotels les ont complètement éliminés... qu'ATTENDEZ VOUS ? J"ai du tout faire enlever tard le soir et y'a plus de femme de chambre pour faire ces taches... la personne a la réception a du s'en occuper..."

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

"Property itself was fine. Location/neighbourhood made me feel uncomfortable. Water pressure was fine but the water pooled and took longer to drain than expected. Breakfast was good. "

"Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. "
