"They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Not sure why they planned on putting a room in a stairwell, but not ideal whatsoever. Each time someone opened the stairwell door, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room."

"Everything was great except the staff had to provide a space heater in our room as the central heating system was not working properly."

"Decently clean room, little details missed ( hair in bed that was not mine) very spacious, front desk was kind but could’ve been more engaged and slower when discussing things "

"Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing. "
