"Such a wonderful, convenient downtown hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The in-house restaurant was delicious and moderately priced. Our room was clean and comfortable! This location was close to everything downtown. Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable stay!!! ❤️"

"The rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent - two rooms to eat in, so a lot of space. Our group of friends booked this hotel as we had an event happening in the city. My friend requested to extend the check-out for an hour with no issues. I asked around 10 am to extend it and was told "no, there are too many requests already" by one of the male receptionists. I accepted it. However when I checked-out, one of my friends managed to get the extension minutes before, at 11 am. So I am not sure...

"The short hiking trail steps away from the front door to a Pavillion with a beautiful view of Muskoka Lake and the boardwalk also steps away leading to the Bayfront and all the shops and restaurants. "

"A dated property but everything was very clean. Pool was in great shape and a great size. We all really enjoyed our stay! Great location too."

"Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Parking garage has limited large vehicle parking. We paid to use the garage but had to park outside as there were no spots left for the truck. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own dish soap. "
