Ontario Hotels with Balcony

"It was a disheartening that the pool area was being worked on. There were paint materials and stucco on the floor around the pool. The paint fumes were strong mixed in with the chlorine smell. "

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "

"Stayed on a Thursday night with two children. We had a corner suite with a King bed and the room was spacious and clean. We needed a hotel close to Scotiabank Arena and the Eaton Centre but didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in our room. The location was perfect, staff friendly, and the lobby bar was fun and lively."

"Property is showing its age and use. Also wish the mattresses/pillows were more firm. Not enough support for a comfortable night sleep"

"Love the one bedrooms suites with full kitchen. King bed was very comfortable and the Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 people. Amenities are very basic (soap, shampoo, conditioner)- no lotion, shower cap, etc. so bring your own. Rooms aren’t very noise proof: whenever someone shut a door above or below our floor it would be heard very loudly in our room. Parking is very limited so it’s best to grab a spot as early as possible when people start checking out at 11am. "
