"This is an older facility, but the owners have been working on updating it and still have some work to do. For the price and location in the Medical Center, you can't find a better deal. Staff are very helpful and nice. Parking is FREE! Threre are kitchenettes. And the rooms have walk-in showers! This is my go to hotel now when I have appointments at the Medical Center."

"First the greeting from Leslie was top tier. He was so helpful, so kind & more importantly he was very respectful. I had so issues with my card. He was very patient while the issue got resolved even with a lobby full of waiting patrons he waited on me. After my issue was resolved I saw he moved on to the next person with ease and grace once again. I will definitely be back to this location & I hope he is there to check us in & out! It's conveniently situated and very close (less than 10 minutes) to MD Anderson Cancer Center if you want to drive or you can use their shuttle service available from 6:30 am.
