"We are a party of 4. 3 of us Ubered to the property, and forgot to mention that one of us had a vehicle. Even though he was seen parking and checking in, his vehicle was towed within 2 hours of arriving. It cost him $350 to get it out of the pound. If his vehicle was noticed, it seems like the customer in the vehicle should have been contacted before this mess. Sure, it was our mistake for not mentioning there was a vehicle with us, but a hospitable warning would have been nice."

"My stay was horrible; the 1st room had a broken lock so it didn’t work. I went to get a different room and that room, which she said was just cleaned, had a clogged toilet full of poop. So I got a 3rd room and that one had pools of water all over the floor. They didn’t even comp my room or make an effort to remedy the horrible experience. I will never be returning to this location. "

"Solo traveler that stayed for four nights. The room was super clean. The air conditioning was okay. No microwave or fridge. The pool is under renovation. I would call ahead to ask if you’re looking forward to use the pool considering how HOT it is in Texas. The young lady staff who welcomed me was very patient and accommodating as well as the young man who helped me checkout.
