"The lake view was pretty awesome to wake up to every morning. The staff makes the bed daily and that was it for our multi day stay. It is conveniently located near to the town centre. Was about a short 15mins walk. Parking was free which made it even better with the parking situation in Queenstown."

"Rooms had been modernized, excellent bathroom great heating although rooms were warm anyway, quiet"

"I was a bit disappointed that there were no shower caps or little extras that are usually readily available in hotels/motels. We also had a loud water pump going off every 30 seconds throughout our second night which was horrible. Instructions for the coffee machine would have come in handy too :( The beds were super comfortable though and the room was tidy and clean."

"Overall a really nice location, great amenities and great suite. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review were that the reception staff were not present or available during opening hours when I had to hand in my key card and that there was a heavy rain storm while we were there and water started to leak into the room through window frames. They did provide us with extra towels and promised someone would look into it ASAP and nothing serious happened as a result of it...just a possible...
