Due to adding a night to my reservation (and doing that through Expedia) it caused a lot of problems with the staff. Although I did my best to call before I checked in to let the Cove staff know I added a night to my original reservation, it still caused issues. I found this very annoying and the male staff member at the desk was rather rude. "
