Recently I stayed at the Ambassador Hotel and overall had a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful along with the staff in the Lime Ricky Bar, particularly Scott and Dominique.
However, I was disappointed with the maid service. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room was not cleaned to the standard I expected for the hotel. Basic tasks such as emptying the trash cans, removing used food containers and used glasses to properly tidying the room was overlooked every day but one. This unfortunately took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.
With better attention to housekeeping, this hotel could have provide a much stronger overall experience.
