"Stayed here for the breezy concert from Ohio, drove all the way here. Complementary valet parking. Concert was at ford field they provided free shuttles to the stadium. Mind you an Uber is 59.99 for a six minute drive… THE ROOM IS WORTH IT.
But when got back from the concert, blankets and pillow was obviously not cleaned. Went to the front, told them… it’s like 1:30am at this point, finally got new ones then spoke with the night manager he was extremely insensitive to us never once said sorry. I was beyond mad, woke up and checked out. Spoke with the manager, she was VERY professional, friendly and helpful. Showed her the pictures and videos, she refunded the stay and that was SO unexpected. They care about customer satisfaction here and the hotel is AMAZING."
