"The room was perfect on the 8th floor amazing view very spacious double beds felt like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable, quiet and clean the whirlpool tubs 🛁 was all that. "The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The...
