"The hotel and the staff were great. The fact that all 3 blocks of Monroe are completely torn up was hugely disappointing, since this is why I booked the property. I would have not stayed at this very expensive hotel knowing that there was no easy way to get out without being detoured all over the place and walking out had you in alleys and on streets with no people."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Atheneum Suite Hotel in Detroit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The suites are incredibly spacious, clean, and well-designed — much larger than what you typically find at other hotels. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the little touches that made the room feel more like a home than just a place to stay. The location is also perfect — right in the heart of Greektown. It’s easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and the complimentary shuttle service to downtown spots like the stadiums was a huge plus. What stood out most was the combination of comfort and hospitality. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Detroit and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"I have had plenty of stays at the Red Roof Inn. So far this one location has been the cleanest. I could tell that the rooms were in the process of being renovated. Everything looked new and fresh. The bathroom door would stick when closed because of the fresh paint. There were a couple bugs flying around inside but that is to be expected when there is outside entry into a room. Would stay there again. Go Blue!!! "
