All of the above. Cleanliness, the room, the staff, location. I enjoyed the ambience. It had nice warm & cozy feel to it. It must have been the fireplace & the music. The amenities were not bad either but they would want to put some padding on those ironing boards & a dresser draw wouldn’t hurt either. Lol. Don’t expect a big breakfast selection but if you needed something quick, grab to go or light then it will suffice. For me it was enough. Other than that the place was Puuurrrrfecto!!! I would MOST DEFINITELY stay there again.

My room was next to the gym and I could hear ppl working out at 4am. Breakfast variety was limited - mostly breads and cereals. Was hoping for some eggs and other protein. Coffee and tea was always available and good. Service was very good and hotel/room were very clean and well kept
