"Great staff, clean room, very comfortable. Only very minor issue was the outlets being loose and the television remote may need replaced."

"This is typically my favorite hotel to go on. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are nice the coffee machine and water refills station are great. If you get a room in the tower section of the hotel it almost feels like you have the floor to yourself. The only note is that you do need to be patient with the elevators. This is an older building and while they are operational there are only two for the whole club quarters floors."
