"Room was well appointed and a nice size, so cozy with the fireplace. The bed was so comfortable! Nice patio with beautiful views of the marina and bay. The self cleaning soaker tub in the bathroom is a great feature.The bathroom ammentities are beautiful and have an amazing scent.Wonderful space and a beautiful location. The staff is exceptional - welcoming, friendly and happy to accomodate wherever they can. Spa was just perfect and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and so relaxing - available until late. Choice for pub or restaurant dining with delicious options for food and drinks.The shuttle by boat to Butchart Gardens is a fabulous option and highly recommended to complete your experience."

"Its an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The resort is nested in a beautiful bay with a nice marina, where leisurely walk. The rooms was fairly clean and tidy overall, but carpets do need more cleaning as mentioned by some reviewers. Staff was nice. "
