"The good thing is that it's a lovely house with a nice interior, and it's close to Burford High Street, so we could enjoy a stay that is unique to the Cotswolds. The negative thing is that the hot water stopped working halfway through, so the whole family couldn't take a hot shower, and when I inquired about it to the property, there was no reply. "We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"Lovely little cottage, a home from home. So clean and thought out, even down to a pint of milk in the fridge to enjoy a cup of tea! Host has thought of everything you could need, kitchen basics including washing up liquid, cooking oil, tea/coffee/suager, even shower gel. A great base to enjoy the Cotswolds or just the local area. You need a car as it’s in a quiet village. There is a pub next door which was recommended but wasn’t open when we stayed but there’s plenty of other options for food,...
