"We were given 2 dirty rooms before finally getting a clean room. The grounds and pools were never clean. There was always trash or leftover food from the previous day left all over the grounds. Upon our arrival is was absolute chaos. A pool had to be closed due to the rowdy crowd. The attendants were not attentive at all. We will never stay here again. "

"This is an excellent hotel with a few problems. Our room was probably the worst on the property from a location standpoint, but it was still pretty solid. Outside noise was blocked for the most part. However, the noise from the room above us was borderline unbearable. The room was beautiful despite that and the noise was only 6-8 am. The staff were pretty nice. The breakfast included was the definition of a continental breakfast, but it was still very good. Parking is pretty bad. On a good day, the valet takes 20-30 minutes to get your car. We had a MAJOR screwup with parking. The hotel staff was apologetic, but gave me free parking for only one day. $50 compensation for a two hour wait to get my car when I had a flight to catch was pretty lousy. However, I made my flight, so it’s easier to forgive. Overall, if I had been on a top floor and parking wasn’t such a pain this would have been a great place to stay."
