The hotel was clean, quiet, and very close to the airport, which was convenient. The room size was more than sufficient to fit four people comfortably (if you get a room with two beds or even one king size). I stayed here in between getting off my cruise and my flight home, and I was not disappointed. The staff made check in/out smooth and efficient as well. I would stay here again.

En el Sheraton el comfort y la calidad de las camas es excepcional. Uno puede acostarse y la cama es cómoda, se ajusta a cada persona. Descanse perfectamente. Sheraton Miami Airport es un hotel muy limpio, excelente atención de todo el personal y muy buena limpieza. Tal vez lo único que yo sugeriría es actualizar los elevadores que están bastante viejos y cambiar el piso del lobby. Darle una nueva y mejor imágen.

The room was nice, the service was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The options were great and the staff was even better. There is a shuttle from the airport, but they don't drive on the right side so it was difficult getting picked up; we had to stop traffic for him to see us. He did not help us on at all, a fellow patron did. The driver did help us off. There was a permanent ring in the bath tub. The shop is convenient but too expensive to be practical. I spent less on the same items including a taxi to and from Walmart. Parking was complicated when it came to a visitor but we got that settled after some assistance. The grounds are beautiful and I love the accessibility to a printer

The staff was great and the location is very good if you want to stay nearby the airport. The rooms and it's furniture are very very old with really dirty carpets inside of the rooms and at the hallways. Considering the costs, I don't think it's worth it.

Our stay at this property wasn't great to say the least. The only good thing was the airport shuttle from the airport. They served my son raw chicken fingers for dinner right before we were boarding a cruise. Coffee machine was also broken so couldn't order anything in the cafe the next morning. $6 for a muffin. There was also a giant cockroach in the lobby. The rooms were old and dated and smelled.

This hotel is extremely neglected. Only one elevator was running half the time, and the buttons didn’t function properly which caused guests to miss floors. The room desperately needed to be aired out likely due to the old and worn carpet. The bathtub had cracks running along the basin. Breakfast is also not complimentary and costs $44 for the full buffet. This place’s only saving grace is that it’s right next to MIA and has on-site dining.
