"Everyone was very helpful and made our stay amazing. The only negative was house keeping wasn't that great. Left towels that were dirty, they didn't restock, no bag in the garbage, beds made but very messy"

"We had a wonderful room, the lady who checked us in was extremely kind. We enjoyed having the concierge downstairs who took our suitcases and allowed us to roam around London until our room was ready. The restaurants were OK. The service was terrible at the steakhouse, but much better at the sushi restaurant.
The location of this hotel was perfect. We were close to Big Bend, the tower of London, right off Westminster Bridge. Absolutely loved this place.
