"A one off experience for us, as it was very expensive. It's off the bucket list now, but certainly worth doing. Fabulous hotel with great staff. A complimentary minibar would have been a nice touch and they automaticlly aded extra service charge to the final bill that we asked to have removed. Other than that, couldnt fault it. "

"The location is absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, museums, etc. Additionally, it is located along the beautiful Albert Embankment, providing a spectacular view of the Thames River!"

"This was a last minute booking that was in a convenient location for a party nearby. I'm so glad I booked - the hotel has such a lovely feel to it, the staff were friendly, and the room (the smaller style of this available) was lovely. The bedding and pillows were so soft, the view from the window was lovely, and there were really nice touches in the room, such as a hand steamer which came in so handy for sorting out my travel wrinkled clothes! "
