"I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "

"Overall stay ok but communication with the company was poor. I complained about a terrible smell in the bedroom which wasn’t acknowledged by them. The induction hob didn’t work, so cooking was limited during my stay. I asked for an extra towel which they said they would provide but it never came. I’ve communicated this all to them through WhatsApp but have had no response."
