"Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to make my partner’s birthday special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a card signed by them. Definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa. "

"The reception staff were outstanding. They went to great lengths to ensure our rooms were close to each other. All the staff were really kind and friendly and took great care of us. "All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

"Lovely stay here. The staff is terrific and the room had everything I needed. The street traffic can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but I found that it died down by 10:00 to 11:00 PM. My room faced the street, and the view was worth it. Though I did use earplugs at night, my sleep was just fine. Thank you for making my experience in Cardiff so pleasant!"
