"Our room was kept clean and tidy, particularly the bathroom. The staff throughout the hotel were polite and friendly. They were extremely helpful in a number of ways."

"I was in Cardiff for a competition and so only used the room and no other facilities. It was lovely and clean, the toiletries were lovely but it was incredibly hot. Also a couple of biscuits would have been nice with the room refreshments. My husband checked us in and said the staff were all efficient and lovely."
