"Staff were lovely and attentive. Hotel was in a great spot in the city centre with lots to do and a great view of the castle. Room was lovely and perfect for our stay"

"3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."

"The headboard was very noisy with little for a pillow behind. 😁I think maybe you should the check out to 12 o’clock seen as with the force of the shower. We both spent 1 hour at least rinsing the soap from our hair. And I’m bald. Other than that it was fantastic 👌"
