"Everyone was super nice and helpful"

"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby. They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

"My room was on the 6/F facing the pool on the lower floor - at 6am, music from the pool bar was playing loud enough to be heard from my room. As I checked in late the evening before, I did not approve of the early wake up call. The breakfast buffet was chaos reincarnated - little kids running underfoot with no supervision and it was excessively priced for what you get. The free shuttle has very limited hours but the GRAB is easily available all throughout Manila. Rooms are very clean, beds...

"Great service"

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper."
