"Great place to stay.
We were only there for a night but King room was spacious and bed was comfy.
We ate in the bar. I have a severe nut allergy and they were great about that. I felt very safe.
All the staff were lovely.
Nice environment and lovely walks around the campus"

"I was in the room 077 and the mattress was very uncomfortable, several clients were complained about the same thing. The carpet was wet at the entrance of the room.we reported the problem but the technician never came to fix.We requested a room change , but was not possible because they said the hotel was fully booked.
I'dont understand how a hotel of this standard can have such uncomfortable mattresses.I would not recommend staying here if you have other options."

"Everything was great about the hotel - location, the look and feel, was comfortable, reasonably priced and lived you could get hassle free late checkout at an honest price.
However, two things really aggravated me. 1. The gentleman that checked me in was silently rude and unfriendly, I had just come of a long flight and train ride to him making me feel like I have inconvenienced me.
Secondly, I was in a building that was 2 houses away being a solo female there was no guidance to help usher me...
