"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. "The corner suite was ideal as we had a large patio on the first floor. The backyard setting was beautiful as we sipped our morning beverage outside. The private onsen was perfect as we looked out onto the greenery. The staff was outstanding from the time of check in to check out. Both the dinners and breakfast (we stayed two nights) were outstanding, and we enjoyed every bite. The town itself is small and outside of some hiking, there isn't much to do. But if you're looking for a true get away...

"Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Housekeeping staff were excellent in cleaning the rooms. Breakfast had a good variety and every thing tasted fresh and delicious. However, the room air conditioning and ventilation is centrally controlled. During our stay, there was zero air conditioning and ventilation. I highlighted this to the front desk and they sent someone to check and told us that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and working as usual. But I can absolutely tell that there was no ventilation as there was no sound at all from the vents. The staff were considerate enough to send us 2 fans. I would like not stay here again due to the lack of air conditioning."
