"The Fairmount is an interesting place. The old building has been nicely renovated, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is attentive. The layout is odd, with no real reception or lobby area to speak of. The location is great, close to the River Walk, but construction was going on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, making access complicated. They had valet set up which was helpful. The rooftop bar and on site restaurant are great amenities. "

"There was a few things i didnt like,the sofas had stains on the cushions ,one of the tv in the room didnt work,both radios in both rooms didnt work,the pot and frying pot ,looked a bit dirty ,there was not enough coffe,no cream or sugar packs in the room"

"It was an absolutely lovely place to stay. I would suggest using white noise at night to help mitigate the sound from the street but the place is fantastic! I highly recommend! We would absolutely go back! A !"
