The service at the Cinnabear restaurant was not great but she gave us some compensation for not taking our dinner order correctly. It think the hotel was good overall but I would still rather stay at one of the nicer rooms at the Crystal lodge instead. "The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

Lo que no me pareció es que mi reservación era con cama queen size y me querian dar una cama matrimonial argumentando que ese era el tamaño correcto (lo cual no era) y tuve que pagar para una cama como la habia reservado"

"Liked the room with a kitchen. We got the jacuzzi tub which we loved. The room needs some updating. For example, the reading lights beside the bed were removed with no replacement. There were cracked tiles. Staff were friendly and we easily got extra items like towels."
